James E. Shapiro

James E. Shapiro is a partner with Gerrard Cox Larsen. Mr. Shapiro’s experience and practice is focused on commercial litigation, business and real estate negotiations, transactions and litigation, corporate and commercial law. Mr. Shapiro received his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Weber State University, Ogden, Utah, and his Juris Doctorate degree (Cum Laude) from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, where he was a merit scholar and the Managing Editor of Publications for the Journal of Public Law. Mr. Shapiro is a member of the Nevada and Utah State Bar Associations.
